   4. By submitting content, the Customer grants the Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Website.
   5. The Customer represents that it holds all necessary rights to the content and agrees to indemnify the Owner against any third-party claims.

4. Limitation of Liability

   1. The Owner shall not be liable for the content published by Users.
   2. The Owner shall not be liable for any actions of Users or for any transactions concluded between Users.
   3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website.

5. Relationship with Other Agreements
